1. Our studio is the streets!

Sean and I dont have a studio so we decided that we would use our block as our studio.  We live across the street from a Boars Head storage plant.  They own the street right in front of our house but on weekends and most week days after 5 its totally empty.

We built interfaces for the ball bearing joints and the frame by dremel cutting steel plates.  These were the first itineration.  We later cut off the excess metal and filed down the edges so they are safe.

The frame is built with aluminum pipes and speed rail fittings so its light, collapsable, and fully expandable.  We will have some sandbags at Bring to Light to provide necessary structural weight.  This whole set has been designed to fit in a cab or the subway.
